plus a fully refundable bond of £100 - subject to terms and
conditions below - is to be paid 6 weeks before departure.

after you have completed your rental term and the local agent
has had the opportunity to check the property. The bond is held
against any damage, serious breakages, lost keys or additional
cleaning that may be required, following your rental term.
