The apartment is situated in the Coto Real Duquesa Golf
complex, Manilva in the Costa del Sol - between Marbella and
Gibraltar. It is only a ten minute stroll from the bustling
Marina area of Puerto Deportivo de La Duquesa, making it
ideal for families and golfers alike. |

apartment is fully equipped and furnished to a very high
standard with beautiful marble floors, hot and cold air
conditioning, Satellite TV and features a Jacuzzi bath.

| Bedrooms.
Two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and patio doors
onto the terraces and a further double sofa bed in the
lounge area.

| Bathrooms.
There are two fitted bathrooms decorated in floor to ceiling
marble. One of the bathrooms is ensuite to the master
bedroom and has a Jacuzzi bath. |

Separate kitchen and utility room
are fully equipped for self catering with all mod cons you would
expect including cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and
washing machine. |
| The living
room and dining area have been fitted to a high standard
with a dining room table and six chairs, two sumptuous
leather sofas one of which converts to a very comfortable
sofa bed, display cabinet, coffee table and widescreen
Satellite TV.

terrace. Two sun beds, a barbeque and a table with six
chairs - perfect for alfresco dining. |
| The
grounds. Two good size pools set in beautiful landscaped
gardens with panoramic views over the golf course and to the
sea. Sun beds for the pool are supplied by the complex. |

Parking.
Underground car park with two allocated parking spaces and a lift
straight up to the apartment front door, providing 'wheelchair friendly'
access.

| Security.
Entrance to the complex and garage has electronic security
gates and an intercom system for added security. Reinforced
front door with security lock. |

Deportivo de La Duquesa, Costa del Sol.
This beautiful relaxing cosmopolitan marina location is only
ten minutes stroll from the apartment and stands between two
blue flag beaches. There are numerous bars and restaurants
with a choice of international cuisine. A short stroll along
the promenade will bring you to Sabinillas where you will
find supermarkets and banks and more beach front
restaurants. There are full marina services for boating
enthusiasts as well as a myriad of attractions for those
with no aspirations to take to the water. |
